When I first started practicing yoga 8 years ago, it was because of my friend's advice to help me recover from teaching gymnastics, where I often had to spot kids bigger than me. But then it became an important part of my life physically and spiritually.
I have practiced Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Bikram styles. Each one has its own benefits. But my favorite one is Ashtanga which works like moving meditation.
